Important dates
The tracks and topics will be posted on February 18th, 2010 together with the call for abstracts and papers. The Scientific Committee has issued a Special Call for Interests. The findings will be analysed as input for the call for abstracts.
- Delivery of abstracts: April 5
- Notification of acceptance: May 3
- Delivery of papers: June 7 postponed until June 14
- Final acceptance: July 12

Important information
The academic board and reviewers are now in the process of finalising the review of over 180 abstracts, with some delay. Also clear instructions are provided to authors for improvements. We expect to complete this process by this week.
Because of these developments where quality has demanded some more time weannounce two important measures:
1) The new deadline for submitting full papers and or best practice is now June 14th, 2010. To allow you more time.
2) We urge you to apply for the role of reviewer for the full papers/best practices. We now have 36 reviewers with insight in their expertise and we need 100. For the double blind review of 180 papers/bestpractices. So please apply and send you mini cv so we can make the appropriate match
Communities of Practice
Approximately 160 person replied to our Special Call for Interest and or signed in in the EuroChrie Amsterdam 2010 LinkedIn communitie.
In the following weeks we will shape 5 sub communities of practice and invite 2 moderators per communitie to start a preconference dialogue on topics of interest for bothe research and education. We will keep you informed and will invite you to participate soon.
