Call for abstracts & submission guidelines

We invite research contributions related to the main theme of the conference ‘Passion for Hospitality Excellence’ and in particular contributions where innovation and new ways of knowing play an important role.

Excellence in hospitality deals with many issues, like customer experience, employee satisfaction, and high quality standards. Excellence requires an inclusive view for the use of space, the delivery of services, the building and maintaining of relations, and the responsible application of resources to generate value. These issues present a number of challenges for education, research, and business practice.

To accommodate you as a researcher we provide an opportunity to state your fields of interest (special call for interest) with the aim to form special interest groups before and during the conference. Also you are invited to participate as a reviewer. Please send us your registration to info@eurochrie2010.nl
